Data Deletion Request

To request deletion of your Fluency FM account and associated data, please email us at: contact@fluencyfm.com

Please use the subject line: Fluency FM Account Deletion Request

In your email, please include:

1. The email address used to sign in to Fluency FM
2. Your full name, if available
3. A short message saying: "Please delete my Fluency FM account and associated data."

After verifying your request, we will delete or anonymize the personal data associated with your Fluency FM account, including:

• Google login profile information stored by Fluency FM, such as name and email address
• Learning progress
• Saved lessons
• Selected language preference
• Unlocked lesson records
• App usage data linked to your account

Some information may be retained only where required for legal, security, tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or payment record purposes.

If you purchased a premium subscription, payment and subscription records may also remain with Google Play or Apple App Store according to their own policies. Fluency FM does not store your credit card, debit card, UPI, or bank details.

We will process account deletion requests within a reasonable time after verifying the request. In most cases, we aim to complete deletion within 30 days.

Deleting your Fluency FM account may permanently remove your learning progress, saved lessons, unlocked lessons, preferences, and premium access records stored inside Fluency FM.

If you only want to cancel your subscription, you must cancel it from your Google Play or Apple App Store subscription settings. Deleting your Fluency FM account does not automatically cancel an active subscription managed by Google Play or Apple App Store.
