Fluency FM is an English learning app that helps users learn real-life conversational English through visual lesson cards, translations, meanings, audio, and usage examples.

Users may sign in using Google login. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that happens through your account. You agree to provide accurate information and not misuse the app or attempt to access another user's account.

Fluency FM provides educational content for learning English. The app may include Everyday English, Phrasal Verbs, Word Upgrade lessons, translations, audio, examples, and visual learning cards. The content is for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific learning results, fluency outcomes, exam results, job outcomes, or professional success.

Fluency FM may offer both free and premium access. Free users may access selected lessons and may unlock additional lessons by watching rewarded ads. Premium users may receive benefits such as no ads, access to all lessons, audio practice, translations, saved progress, and unlimited learning features, depending on the plan offered.

Pricing may vary by country and platform. Final pricing shown in the app may depend on Google Play or Apple App Store regional pricing, taxes, currency conversion, and platform rules.

Payments are processed through Google Play Billing or Apple In-App Purchase. You can cancel your subscription through your Google Play or Apple App Store account settings. Fluency FM does not directly manage app store payment cancellation from inside our own payment system.

Free users may unlock lessons by watching rewarded ads. Once a lesson is unlocked, it may remain available depending on the app's unlock rules. Ad availability may vary by region, device, or ad provider.

You agree not to:

• Copy or redistribute Fluency FM content without permission
• Reverse engineer or misuse the app
• Use the app for illegal purposes
• Attempt to interfere with app security
• Upload harmful content or code
• Misuse rewarded ads or subscription systems

All Fluency FM content, including app design, logo, lesson structure, visual cards, text, audio, illustrations, branding, and educational materials, belongs to Fluency FM or its licensors.

You may use the app for personal learning only. You may not copy, sell, reproduce, or distribute the app content without written permission.

Fluency FM may use third-party services such as Google login, Google Play Billing, Apple In-App Purchase, Google AdMob, analytics tools, cloud storage, and crash reporting tools. These services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

We may update, modify, pause, or discontinue parts of the app at any time. We may also update lessons, pricing, features, or design to improve the product.

Fluency FM is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. We are not responsible for indirect losses, learning outcomes, device issues, third-party service problems, payment platform issues, or interruptions beyond our control.

We may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these Terms, misuses the app, or attempts to harm the platform or other users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
